Mohammad Shahzad and Bhim Sharki shared an unbeaten partnership of 122 runs to steer Chitwan Tigers home in the third match of the Everest Premier League campaign. Tigers defeated Pokhara Rhinos chasing the target of 124 in 16.4 overs. Tigers made it three wins in as many matches. Tigers are on top of the league table with six points. Sharki stayed unbeaten on 54 runs whereas Shahzad won player-of-the-match for his 63. Bikram Sob was the only wicket taker for the Rhinos. Earlier, Shahab Alam and Kamal Singh Airee shared two wickets each. The left-arm spinner Alam was miserly in his four over spell conceding 17 runs. Tigers captain Sompal Kami led the bowling attack with an economical spell. He dismissed his counterpart Binod Bhandari aided by Virandeep Singh’s excellent catch. Kami gave 12 runs registering a maiden over in his four over spell.
